Carnival Scholarship and Mentoring Program heads to Carnival Sunrise!
For our March visit, we brought the Carnival Scholarship and Mentoring Program students and mentors aboard Carnival Sunrise for a tour and lunch. For most of the students, it was their first time on a cruise ship. We had an amazing day and delicious three-course lunch!
Our surprise guest speaker was Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, which was appropriate for Women’s History Month as she is the first female president of Carnival. She gave a dynamic speech about her path to the presidency, achieving success and resiliency in failure.
